Effective October 3, 2026 · Packzona Vending LLC, an Arizona limited liability company.
Terms of sale
These terms apply to purchases from Packzona vending machines and to your use of packzona.com.
- All products are sealed trading card products sold as-is. Card contents are random; we make no promise about what any pack contains.
- Prices are shown on the machine at the time of purchase. Prices on this website are for reference and can change.
- Stock information on this website is updated after restocks and may not reflect what is in a machine right now.
- Payments are processed by our payment provider, Nayax. We don't receive or store card numbers.
Refund policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Sealed packs can't be resold once they leave the machine, so please check the product and price on the screen before you pay.
If a machine malfunctions, report it through our problem form so we can investigate and repair it. Please don't ask the host business about purchases — the machine and its sales are ours.
Privacy
What we collect
- Forms: when you contact us, report a problem, apply to host, or offer to sell us product, we receive what you type (such as name, email, phone, and message). We use it only to respond to you and run the business.
- Payments: handled entirely by our payment provider, Nayax. We see transaction details such as amount, time, and machine, but not your card number.
- Location: if you tap "Sort by distance" on the map, your browser shares your location with the page to sort machines. It stays in your browser and is not sent to us.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your information.
- We don't use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
Third-party services
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, map tiles from OpenStreetMap, and map code from cdnjs. Those services receive standard request information (like your IP address) when your browser loads them. Our contact forms open your own email app, so messages travel through your email provider like any other email.
